Yes. Indian nationals need a UK Direct Airside Transit Visa (DATV) for any stopover at a UK airport, even for a 1-hour layover, regardless of whether you leave the airport. The only exception is if you hold a valid UK, USA, or Schengen visa.

60+ days: Full refund minus ₹2,500 fee
30–59 days: 50% refunded
15–29 days: 25% refunded
Less than 15 days: No refund

2. Visa Services

Visa service fees are non-refundable once submitted. Embassy fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Flights & Other Services

Subject to respective airline and provider policies. Travisy's service fee of ₹500/passenger is non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
